A lot happens between "idea" and "box on your doorstep." Here is a straightforward look at our process, stage by stage.
1. Sourcing
We start with ingredients selected from trusted suppliers. Every batch is checked before it is allowed into production — consistency starts here.
2. Production
Everything is made in a clean, controlled kitchen environment. That means consistent temperatures, consistent recipes, and none of the variability you get from open-air prep.
3. Packaging
Each component — puris, pani concentrate, chutneys, filling, masala — is individually sealed. This keeps everything fresh and lets you control exactly how much of each element you use.
4. Quality Control
Before a box is approved to ship, it goes through checks at every stage of the process, not just at the end. If something does not meet our standard, it does not go out.
The goal of all four stages is the same: get you the flavour of a great street-food vendor, without asking you to compromise on how it was made.
